An Inner Circle session, in progress.
Members include
01 · The problem
The higher you go, the fewer people you can actually talk to.
Your peers are your competitors.
Your team needs you certain.
Your friends and family don't have the context.
So you carry the weight of the hardest decisions alone.
02 · How it works
Your personal board of directors: five senior iGaming leaders who help you troubleshoot problems, challenge ideas, share lessons, uncover blind spots and hold you accountable. If your decision has a weakness you did not spot, your Inner Circle will find it before your board, investors, regulator or competitors do.
Five senior iGaming leaders, the same five every week, so the context builds and nobody re-explains their business.
We match your Circle with the Compass method:
Avoid the mistakes they have made, learn from their experience, use them as a mentor.
Mentor someone and guide them to better decisions.
Bounce ideas off each other, brainstorm, and use each other as sounding boards.
You frame it as a decision: "How do I...?". Your Circle asks clarifying questions first, no opinions. Then each person tells you what they would do in your shoes and why, from experience, not theory. You leave with one next action and a date. Your Circle checks it next week.
Your Inner Circle WhatsApp group is where commitments happen: what you said you would do, what you did, and what you need help with next.
This year with Tim Heath (Yolo), Ed Birkin (H2), Paris Smith, Savvas Fellas (MrQ), Alexandre Tomic (Alea), Daniel Graetzer (MaximBet), Grainne Hurst (BGC) and Andrew Bulloss (Odgers Berndtson). Chatham House Rule.
Around ICE, SBC, iGB Live and SiGMA.
Every Inner Circle session produces a decision, a challenge or a committed next action. No panel discussions. No passive listening.
03 · Off the record
There are things you can't say to your team. Things you can't say to your network. Things you won't even say to your spouse. This is where you say them.
Every member signs an NDA. And because everyone in your Circle carries the same weight, nobody is impressed by the polished version. No makeup. No facade. Just battle scars we learn from.
"An hour a week. Ten hours back."
"One decision had been sitting with me for six months, maybe longer. Nothing was stopping me but me. The group helped me take it, and I did it within a week."
"Don't laugh, but I've started running mastermind sessions in my own head. My way of thinking has changed."
"I was giving someone advice on their problem and suddenly thought: hang on, why aren't I doing that? I knew the answer all along."
"I don't know how far behind my business would be if I wasn't part of the Mastermind."
"I used to feel the CEO role had just fallen into my lap. That's switched. I'm the one people listen to, and the one who decides where the business goes."
"SBC was my best conference yet. I stopped trying to do everything and only did the meetings that mattered."
"I've got really good people around me now. I now delegate things I would have done in the past, and after years of not being able to, I can now finally step away from the business when I need."
"Even at C-level, you don't need to have all the answers. It's reassuring to discover that others are facing similar challenges or have already navigated them. I'd have joined much sooner."
"As a bootstrap founder with no shareholders or board to lean on, I don't have an equal counterpart. What I've found here is people who've been doing this as long as me, running bigger businesses than mine, opening up about the same things."
04 · Who it is for
To join, you must be a founder or C-suite executive of an established iGaming business, hold genuine decision-making authority, and be able to bring a live business challenge to the room.
We do not admit junior leaders, service providers looking for clients, or people who want to observe.
05 · Confidentiality
Every member signs an NDA before joining. It covers Inner Circles and expert sessions. Three rules sit on top of it:
Nothing leaves your Circle. Not to your team, not to your board, not to other members. Breaking this ends your membership.
No pitching. You are here to be helped, not to find clients. One warning, then out.
Expert sessions run under the Chatham House Rule. You can use what you heard. You cannot say who said it.
No conflicts of interest. We check for them before you are matched.
06 · The investment
£9,600
a year, billed annually. Most members expense it.
That secures your place in a fixed Inner Circle of five, weekly structured challenge, a quarterly 1:1 strategy call with Leo and four in-person meetups around the industry's major events.
Apply to join21 members. Only 4 seats remaining. Applications close Tuesday 1 December.
The guarantee
Attend at least 5 of the 6 sessions. If at your week 7 review you tell Leo it was not worth it, he refunds the remaining 10 months within 5 working days. No form, no call, no questions.
"Six weeks of accountability produced more pipeline than the six months before it. It's the first thing in two years that's actually moved the needle."
"It's one hour out of a 40-hour week. That 2.5% gives you a better return than the other 97.5%."

08 · From the founder
I spent 17 years in iGaming, the last stretch as a Director at BetVictor. I know what happens by the time you reach the top of your company: you no longer have anyone you can talk to. That is expensive, for you and for your business.
So I built The iGaming Leader. We match you with five iGaming executives at your level and put them in your Inner Circle. You meet once a week and they act as your personal board of directors. Everything is open for discussion: hiring, firing, M&A, career changes, your health, your family.
Everyone is under NDA. Every Circle is checked for conflicts of interest before you are matched.
I read every application myself.

09 · Questions
21 senior iGaming leaders across operators, suppliers, affiliates and consultancies, every one a founder or C-suite executive of an established iGaming business. Members include Tom Galanis (TAG Media), Jovana Popović Čanaki (iGP), Neill Simpson (Enteractive) and Sidharth Swarup (Ingenuity Gaming). We do not admit junior leaders, service providers looking for clients, or people who want to observe.
One hour a week with your Inner Circle. Expert sessions and the four meetups are there when you want them, not obligations. In your first Circle we ask you to attend at least 5 of the 6 sessions, so the trial is a fair test.
£9,600 a year, billed annually. Most members expense it. If you need to make the case internally, this builds it in 90 seconds.
Every member signs an NDA before joining, and nothing leaves your Circle: not to your team, not to your board, not to other members. We check every Inner Circle for conflicts of interest before you are matched. Expert sessions run under the Chatham House Rule: you can use what you heard, you cannot say who said it.
We match you in three layers. Every seven weeks you set goals with your Circle, which checks the fit is still right; our Compass method puts one member slightly ahead of you, one slightly behind, and two at your level; and you tell us who you do and do not want to be with. If after that you still feel you are not in the right Inner Circle, you can switch by simply letting us know.
You sign your NDA and book a thirty-minute onboarding call, so we know exactly what you want to achieve. We then match you into your Inner Circle of five vetted peers. We also match you with a mentor to help you get the most out of your membership.
